Statement
설치 작품을 평면으로 재해석한 작업이다. 천처럼 표현된 벽돌 문양은 실제로 작가가 퍼포먼스를 위해 제작했던 설치 조각물의 일부를 클로즈업하여 그린 것이다. 작품은 공간의 유연성에 대한 작가의 기본 개념을 바탕으로, 안과 밖의 공간을 뒤집는 방식을 통해 경계를 허물고자 한다. 이를 통해 자유로운 상상의 공간을 제시하며, 새로운 세계로 들어가는 통로를 만들어낸다.

This work is a reinterpretation of an installation piece in a two-dimensional format. The brick patterns, depicted to resemble fabric, are close-up depictions of sculptural elements originally created by the artist for a performance.
Rooted in the artist's fundamental concept of spatial flexibility, the piece seeks to dissolve boundaries by inverting interior and exterior spaces. Through this approach, it presents a realm of boundless imagination, creating a passage into a new and unexplored world.
